We need a bit of background on your situation before we can give the most appropriate advice for you.

What kind of skills and tools do you have access to? What kind of resources are near you? (Stores, contractors, scrapyards...) What scale of use are you considering?

i have a lot of tools and a pile of scrap metal to use steel you name it I have some was hoping to build one to process a 80 pound bag

Google has heaps of plans and neat pictures, I've been thinking about making one myself.
 
Every plan is a little cooler if you have a blimp. And a tiny ad.
