This is a great reminder that commercial milk and my stomach do not go well together. But I saw the fish on sale, and I thought custard would be tasty, so I bought that custard powder (also a mistake).

Next time, I'm using proper milk, real eggs, and following the custard recipe in the video.

Fish fingers and custard were surprisingly tasty together. Not my favourite, but something I'll probably make once or twice a year.
