Is there enough interest to start a forum about dairy?

We already have cheesemaking under kitchen, but how about a forum for discussing producing, harvesting, and processing/caring for milk, under the critters category? There is so much involved before the milk makes it to the kitchen, that I thought it might be worth having its own forum.

What are your guyses thoughts?
