I delivered a load to a customer off the edge of Philadelphia, PA. I95, exit 13 Island Ave. On the south side of the road, across from Residence Inn Marriott is the Victory Garden, for $7 per plot you can work on your Green Thumb. It has a security fence and a gate, you can drive to your plot.
While searching for information about the garden, I found information on the Philadelphia Seed Exchange. A woman did a short video which included a demonstration of a seed and chaff separator. Roughwood Seeds, started in 1932 focusing on collecting heirloom seeds. The proprietor has grown his grandfather's collection of a hundred + seed types, to over 4500 varieties. They are doing a crowdfunding project to help defray costs, build a new green house and a heater to heat it.(Maybe there's a RMH in their future.)
