What would you put into a chick starter you were growing from scratch?

Is powdered dehydrated meat an option to include [particularly if the starter is intended to be served in conjunction with probiotics]?

Which grit would you recommend to include in the starter?

I give my chicks buckets of good soil or compost every day, with plenty of bugs. If I were making a prepared chick starter, I would try to have some bugs in there somehow, maybe ground-up dried Black Soldier Fly larvae or ground dried red wigglers.
