In case anyone had any doubts about its effectiveness. This is what a properly tuned unit can do in good hands (and plenty more besides.)

Thanks for posting this, I always love seeing a scythe at work. Something so calming and relaxing about the sound it makes.

Happy to post it! I own and use many styles of scythes, but the Americans are my favorite and there's so much misinformation about them online. I do my best to push back against it. Most people believe what they hear and think that American scythes are incapable of cutting like this.

Indeed, our rabbits are still happily munching on hay we put up last summer.
