One of the things that drives me bonkers in when a good question or thread is started and then unconnected esoteric babbling is inserted into the comments. Philisophical meandering, logic arguments and whether your red is as red as mine or if it even is red at all and how do I know it's really red.
I'm ashamed, I buy into it but want to say WTF get back on track, let's talk meat and potatoes who cares about the side dish I'm hungry for useable information, come back and talk when the buzz wears off.

I feel your pain . . . .

When a tread starter declares the direction of the topic focus, and some feel the need to turn it into a debate of another focus - arrrggg!  This is my biggest pet peeve.

People - just start a new topic!  Get credit for it!  And take it in the direction (spin) you want it to go!

Hijacking is not cool

Yeah, but then someone says they are feeding bear meat to pigs. Where is all this bear meat? I wish I had bear meat. If I had to chose I would take bear meat before I took pork unless those pigs hadn't never touched grain.

You know, a lot of times people slaughter an animal and they don't take the bones or the fat and a lot gets wasted. In my personal experience, meat was so scarce, beans and rice and cheese were all my mother more often than not could afford. I take every nook of fat from a corpse and use every piece, make a broth out of all of the bones, use all the meat for jerkey or soups... I put the whole chicken in a pot minus the ooky digestive guts and the inside of the gizzard lol... feet and head, cook it in some liquid or another until it all starts to fall apart.

When I take down one of my goats I use every little bit of it for something and any waste is a waste indeed. I wish I had pigs to eat my goat stomachs... alas, I too want pigs.

For that I am filled with a deep sorrow.

But you have to forgive me, for it was long ago that I lost my sanity.

I often stumble and think, why Emile is it that you have this fixation on Bos Taurus? Why is it that you care for little else in life?

Cows are the only thing that can fill the expansive void in my soul.

There are two kinds of people in this world, those who have friends and...

please don't take this personally.  Esotericism, in traditions such as the Rosicrucians, Gnostics, Hermetics, and others, concerns inwardness or secrecy.  therefore, you're wrong.  Q.E.D.

like that. I hope your just needling me.  Esoteric is also defined as ;  abstruse , difficult to understand or obscure.
I would have thought my thread that indicated philosophical meanderings would have been a clue to eliminate the definition that includes initiates, doctrines that would probably include the Rosicrucian, Gnostic and Hermetics, Humians. Don't take this personally .....WTF.
Break out the thesaurus: straightforward.

Would Abtrusus babbling been  a better title?

yeah, just goofing off.  before editing my post, I was more clearly lampooning a particular person, but that didn't seem fair, so I toned it down a bit.  the joke may have suffered for my kindness.
