They have a forum for Canada. That would be an excellent place to start.

I don't know BC very well, but I know large portions of it are considered Cascadia, so maybe post it here: https://permies.com/forums/f-21/cascadia?

What you can do if you don't know where to post something is to post it where you think best, and then click the "report" button on the post and ask the moderator to add/move it to the most appropriate forum(s). Threads can actually be posted in multiple forums by both mods as well as by people who have PIE (a person with PIE can cross-post a thread in up to three forums).
