Looking for a piece of land very close to Eugene, Oregon. Something 20 + acres suitable for growing herbs and creating an eco village/permie community. Have cash. Suggestions appreciated.

Eugene is a wonderful area, lived there for several years and loved it. I took my mom out to Cottage Groove to see the yurts at Pacific Yurts. She had fallen in love with yurts since, and now wants one.

How do they get the deer to cross at the signs? Or to read this tiny ad?
