SOLD: 35 acres on the Wyoming prairies for sale

Howdy folks, if you are looking for a challenge I have 35 acres I would like to sell. I have it listed on craigslist for $20,000 or best offer but I would make a permie person a much better deal. There are several other lots in the area for sale and most of them are around $20,000 but there are a couple for $16,000 and one for $14,000 so I would be open to offers around there. I do not want to finance as I need the cash so make me a cash offer. Don't be ashamed to insult me !

Just dropped the price on Craigslist to $15,000 OBO

Dropped the price again to $ 13,000. Splitting closing costs, $1,000 from me $1,000 from buyer.

I will sell it to a permie for $10,000 ! Plus closing costs.
