Page cannot be displayed messages

I get page cannot be displayed error messages when i try to order Pauls DVD on hugelkulture.  Is there another way to order it?  

Probably my computers,  not your website.  Both Win7 antiques.  I can only post to permies on my tablet or i get the same message.

I pull up that page, but when i click on the button under digital download that says get more info, i get a message that says i cannot pull up that page.  I assume that the next page is Paypal?  To give you my money?

My computers are misbehaving for other websites too.  I need to find a 13 year-old to fix this.  I don't feel comfortable putting in my credit card on someone elses computer or public wifi.

Maybe you need to shut down your computer and start over?

Do you have a different web browser on your computer?

I only have IE 11.  Will download another browser you recomend though.  I am desparate.  Excavator says he can start me Thursday to build my hugelkultur instead of next month and i was going to show him your instructions.

Try google chrome.  It is currently the most popular.

Did Chrome, error changed to The www.paypal.com page isnt working. Www.paypal.com didnt send any data.  Err_empty_response.

   I have to resign myself to having excavator watch YouTube videos on it.   Thanks anyway.

I am confident that Scubbly is working OK, but from your description I would guess that PayPal is having problems.
We've seen glitches before from PayPal, sometimes lasting only a few minutes, but sometimes lasting many hours. But PayPal is a huge company with a lot at stake so they usually get their act together pretty quickly when part of their service is broken.

PayPal does look all right to me, but that's not insightful, since they have thousands of servers co-located all over the place and what I see may not have anything to do with what you see.
My suggestion is to try again, after waiting an hour or so.

While Rent-A-Nerd was out here for another problem, I had him to come out here to figure out what was going on with why I could not order anything.   The problem turned out to be a pop up blocker.   He disabled it and suddenly everything works.   Hopefully it happens to no one else, but they should uncheck pop up blocker on the internet explorer settings.
