Hi there, I am new to the forums. This coming January I plan on doing a kickstarter in order to start a Permaculture resource and education center in upstate SC. I intend to hit the full spectrum of plants, annual, Perennial, medicinal, and so forth. The idea though is not to capitalize on actual produce but instead create a mini nursery for all kinds of zone 7 oriented plants that permaculture loves to use. Some of them can be hard to find. I am looking for it to spread permaculture to my local area and eventually the tristate area. Mostly my customers back yard. I will not be doing any design just make all the best materials available. I think I found a nice piece of land almost 30 acres and the seller is willing to owner finance. I will need some help though. I need an expert to help me with design and implementation. And several other things that I know will come up.

Another thing I should add is that I am in the market for collaborators. People who would be willing to help me plan and launch the kickstarter. It does take a lot of work to make a successful kickstarter and working 7 days a week I would greatly appreciate an extra hand or 2.

We are hosting a PDC and APD in VA with 3 of the top perma folks in the country.  They are encouraging all participants to bring their current land specifics for a little 1 on 1.  In addition, Permculture Design International does great work.
Check them out @

best of luck!
