Greetings all. I have a signed contract with an option to purchase what I hope will be my future homestead/small-scale sustainable farm in northern Maine. I am currently out of the country for work, and won't be returning until early December, and I must exercise the option and close on the property by 31 December...and I expect that northern Maine winter weather will make it less-easy to visit the property and go traipsing around to inspect it. I need someone local, who can go visit the property, take prolific photos throughout, and then provide them to me either via email or a link to an upload site. I am willing to pay for the service...I'm thinking $500 sounds fair; half up front and half upon completion, via PayPal or a paper check mailed from my bank. Reply or hit me up at robsimmerman@gmail.com if interested...thanks!

Cats say "meow" because they think that is what people sound like. This tiny ad told me so:
