East Brook Farm--eastbrookfarm.com.  They have their legal ducks in a row--an LLC owns the land--and like 5 springs! 90 acres.   Gorgeous!!
In my visit I heard many different opportunities to contribute, help pay the bills and serve the community and the larger neighborhood, and make a sustainable world.  I'm not a member or anything, just posting this so you can know about it and contact them directly.  Walton NY.  Currently three committed members and they've had a lot of WWOOFERS and strong committed supporters not on site but dedicated to its birthing.

The main folks starting it, Sara and Kevin, did their PDC with Geoff Lawton years back, and Sara gives workshops in holistic grazing.
