Does Wheaton labs have a vehicle co-op?

Hey all

Does anybody out there know if wheaton laboratories has a vehicle co-op type-thing going on?? I want to visit through the gapper program, but I don't own a vehicle and would need frequent access to Missoula. And when I say vehicle, I don't just mean a car, but access to bikes too?

I haven't scrolled through enough forums on here to know the answer, but does anyone know how far exactly wheaton laboratories is from downtown Missoula itself, in terms of miles? Is the exact address of wheaton labs purposefully undisclosed information until otherwise visiting?

Hi Sydney, those are good questions!

We do not have a co-op per se, but there are ways that car-less residents have been able to get to Missoula (which is about 35 minutes away by car, btw). And yes, we are trying to keep the location private.

We have bikes for the community through the amazing Freecycles in Missoula! Though I think some might need a bit of attention to operate well.

Mostly, folks who live here are quite willing to carpool to town quite a bit. And, less common these days, there might be opportunities to do an errand for wheaton labs / Paul and use one of Paul's vehicles to to go to town for combined errands. We'd ask that you pay some gas if you run your own errands in addition to wheaton labs errands though.

I'm biased because I made it, , though I do think the best, simple summary of all things wheaton labs might be a great place to start poking around.
