continious brew vinegar

has anyone done a continuous brew vinegar, i don't know if i need to add apple wine  to whats left in my vinegar vat or if i can just add apple cider???  i looks like its going to be a good apple year this year.  would love to hear everyones comments

I have had good success with mixing equal amounts of vinegar and wine, and growing another batch of vinegar. Sometimes 2 wine to 1 vinegar.
