I've learnt a lot I'm caught in two minds how to document it for everyone.

I really love Becky's Homestead where she videos it (https://www.youtube.com/user/scottpictures) or Jill Winger's the prairie homestead where she writes about it all (http://www.theprairiehomestead.com/).

Any preferences for which style to do ??

I would vote for the Project forum here on permies with lots of photos:

Due to a slow internet provider I don't do you tube or blogs.

I have found a wealth of information here on permies and try to give back as much as possible.
