Eco-village

I am looking for a farmer in either Alabama, Georgia or South Carolina that
would be interested in taking on a partner. Or I would like to find people that
would be interested in forming an eco-village in one of these states.

I am city born and raised, but I want to leave the city for health reasons
(congestive heart failure, high blood pressure and arthritis). I have almost 30
years experience growing vegetables and I have been around gardening my entire
life. I have money I could invest. It is enough to either buy empty land or
setup/expand a farm, but it isn't enough to do both.

I have 20 acres of land in Murrieta, CA. If you would be willing to come to california, i am in the process of form ing a sustainable village. Email back if this seems something of interest.
