In Australia, I believe it is impossible to purchase matches that actually light and stay burring on the timber splint.
The aussie made matches were driven from the market 30 hers ago and now the matches will not light, light but snap off the head
which then flies anywhere, or simply pulls the igniting material from the side of the box so that you cannot attempt to strike any more.

Has anybody found matches that do work as they should?
