I just went into "my profile" and tried to figure it out.  

I have no idea!

I'll see if I can find somebody to help that actually knows.

First, you have to upload a picture somewhere and obtain a direct link to that picture.

Then go to my profile, and expand "General Information about yourself".  Next to "Picture:", type in the direct link to your picture.

Finally, click Submit.
