Post a picture of today's meal.

It is Thanksgiving in the U.S.A. today, the "traditional" meal usually includes turkey, ham or some other foul.  No matter where you are I'd like to see pictures of what you are eating today...Thanksgiving or not.  

The bird is slathered with olive oil, paprika, peppers and dried herbs from the garden.    I used apple cider as the gravy base.  :-)   Have a great day wherever you are and whatever you are doing.

My wife's up north at her parents so I'm flying solo this Thanksgiving. I picked some spinach from the garden today for salad, grabbed a couple of our last kennebec's we grew earlier in the year which are starting to get a little soft and sprout eyes, and grilled a ribeye from my neighbors farm. Everything turned out nice; I'm stuffed.

Nice James!  We've eaten all of our grass-fed beef. Looks like the perfect meal.
