Kansas City Urban Homesteaders Wanted

I have a 1 acre property with 4 cottages 3 are 1 bedroom 1 bath, the front house is 2 beds 1 bath with a basement/garage/cellar. Im looking for tenants who are permaculture oriented to rent these and transform their section into whatever they see fit. Each cottage will be alotted 0.25 acre and can fence it or combine with the other tenants what they want. Im looking for only like minded individuals to share this fertile property and not interested in renting any of the cottages to anyone who is not going to at least have a garden. Any and all animals are fine by me, but you need to work that out with city regulations and neighbors.

Front house 2/1 basement is $700
Cottage 1/1 + den is $550
Cottage 1/1 is $500
Cottage 1/1 is $500
1 year lease term, after that we can renew by season or by year.
