access to rmh instant view videos?

I ordered the new dvd set on rocket mass heaters, instant view , PayPal took the payment out of my account, so how do I axcess video to view?

It looks like the error is mine.  

You ordered the physical 4-DVD set and I had a manual step of forwarding your order to the folks that ship that stuff.   I forwarded to the accountant, and i confirmed your order via email, and I forwarded it to the email where we make double sure to have a copy of the order ...   but I missed a step.    We have since upgraded our system to something far more reliable.

Please let me make it up to you.   If you tell me that your address is still the same, I will send you what you ordered, PLUS the other 4-DVD set.  Also, I will give you full access to all 8 DVDs as HD instant view right now .... done!

Thanks no problem,  I already have the first set of DVDs so don't worry about sending them out, just what I ordered,  my address is still the same.

it seems that paypal never sent along the email about your more recent transaction.

When your purchase was complete, you should have been left looking right at the first video - did that not happen?

Did you get the email about your product?

Do you see a link at the top of this page and the top of all pages called "my stuff"?

No email was sent

I checked our logs for your transaction and it says

Delivered: Premium access credentials have been emailed to Ronaldsahn@juno.com on Jan 21, 2018 11:59:53 MST (Jan 21, 2018 18:59:53 GMT) with a link to the premium content.

Nope nothing was sent to inbox or junk,
I just bought the 50 dollar under ground house book was able to download it,  but no confirmation email was sent.

Any ideas to cast the videos to a smart tv ?

I have asked our software developer to have a look into it.  

We have tested the system in the past and it was working - perhaps something has changed.

I don't know what that means.  

I do know that we attempted to put the videos up on amazon videos, but they were rejected because dvd 1 of the new dvd set mentions that it is one dvd out of eight.

Thanks, the videos are great /much more better /than the first 4, I rented the 1st video from ytube I thought that was a great idea.
I study from Steve Harris and Jack for quite a while now.
I could watch the videos on my phone, but couldn't cast or send them to my smart tv, like I can for ytube.  I might have to pay more and get the tiny download .
