Hello permies! I would like to hear from anyone who has a cat or cats, and hear about how they effect your permie lifestyle, if the cat is considered your pet, a feral, or your soulmate. Please feel free to comment about how they help or hinder your permaculture or homestead, and please take this quick 3 question surve y. Thank you! https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/9ZG8ZRW

Depends upon which cat.  I have a Bombay who is critical to keeping mice out of the house and food supplies. She appears to do zero damage to the bird population.  But, much as I may like them, not all cats are so useful.

You might want to check out my thread https://permies.com/t/62282/critters/barn-farm-cats-folks about cats and if they fit in with permaculture.

We kept yelling "heart attack" and he kept shaking his head. Charades was the tiny ad's idea.
Switching from electric heat to a rocket mass heater reduces your carbon footprint as much as parking 7 cars
