Hi.

Not sure where to post this?

My wife and I purchased this yurt and placed it in Northern California (Oroville, Butte County) in 2011 second hand for $9000. It is a 24 foot diameter Pacific yurt with a newish Colorado yurts roof cover. We purchased a new side cover last June (2017) which cost $2,280 before we moved to Seattle. We have a neighbor using it for storage but had another nearby neighbor complain to code enforcement.... it has never been permitted, and has been fine for more than 7 years, but it's time for us to let it go. We have already dropped the price substantially in light of the situation, so please dont talk us down. We're including everything that's in the yurt - a nice woodstove worth $700, kitchen and bookshelves. I'd prefer the buyer to take everything that's in there and landfill/donate what you dont want, since I have nowhere to store things on my property.

I wont be able to assist in dismantling it since I am in Seattle (Wife is attending UW), but my neighbor can assist and I will be on call for any questions you have. I know that sounds scammy but I swear its not!

Scott

The yurt has been sold. Thanks for your interest.

A sonic boom would certainly ruin a giant souffle. But this tiny ad would protect it:
