I'd say it looks like a Lonicera involucrata. It's a type of honeysuckle
native to western US. The most common kind is called the twinberry honeysuckle and usually has berries in pairs. There are some breeds that have them in singles or triples/small clusters. I do not believe them to be poisonous though some sites say some species are. The general consensus is they are bitter and not tasty. Hope that helps.
