I have 5 acres for sale.  It is located between Rudy and Chester in Arkansas.  There are two drilled wells, a small shed, and a small chicken coop.  $14000

Is the property closer to Rudy or Chester? Is it east offer west of the interstate and how far is it approximately from the interstate?

How deep are the wells?

I wish you luck John as I have never gotten an answer to my question.  I suspect that the owner has either sold the parcel or perhaps has given up trying to sell it on permies.
