Would you move to Wales to be able to do this?

I sure would! If only it wasn't impossible to get a visa to do so :)

I actually stayed a week at a cottage a few hundred meters from Lammas in October. Sadly, they were done doing their tours for the year but I did take a peek as they have a shop you can visit and buy veg from. I love that area of Wales, have been visiting annually for the past 3 years and would move there in a heartbeat!

I've heard there's a lot of ongoing paperwork involved in this.
