I have 20 Jumbo Cornish Cross chicks. 11 days old. One of them is making a gurgling sound when breathing. Anyone know what this is? Should I separate this bird from others. Are there any home remedies? This is my first time raising meat birds.

It may be pneumonia -- I lost two Barred Rock chicks to that earlier this year.

Or, it MIGHT possibly be something to do with the heart problems that Cornish X chicks can get.  But I see that you said they are eleven days old, so probably too early for the heart problems.  Most likely pneumonia, and I don't know if there's anything you can do that won't cost more than the chick is worth.  You should probably separate it from the others if you can, although I don't think it's necessarily contagious.
