My Restless Soul at 52 years old having been playing string instruments most of my adult life am trying to learn the melodica! I never understood much about piano except for how to find middle C and to play a major chord and major scale. So I'm trying to learn this more by feel and it's pretty damn cool!

Hello there! Yes I do find some of these things of interest! This is a good way to do that as I can delete it all with one click or pick through the topics. I have recently joined  another forum that is absolutely nailing me with notices and suggestions and even forums that share a similar title are trying to get me to sign up. I was hit with so much of it within a couple of days that I am unsubscribing. I am grateful that this forum is not like that and that we can know that our responses or any issues that we are having are being dealt with by folks that are like-minded and not in some call center in the Philippines, or else where, and sending endless emails meant to manipulate me into the next best level of "service". Thanks permies!

Thank you Jimmy for that info.I have been watching a couple of websites that one included and the times that I have called about property it has turned out to be an inaccurate description of the property or acreage or something that funny enough just sold with the next best thing being $10,000 more.I don't have a ton of money and the little bit that I have approximately $15,000 I need to make work. I am still in the beginning phase of trying to find property so I might have to dip down into West Virginia being as it's right here to get a feel for what's going on. Cheers!

I spoke to the real estate agent that is selling my house and she says she can put me on to a good real estate agent in West Virginia once I nailed down a region. Hi Donna I also am in PA and hoping to meet like-minded people unfortunately I am in southwest PA but please be reassured we are out here also enduring rolling of the eyes followed by the sigh's when we talk about such wonderful things! I see this post is a little old hopefully you're doing good and further realizing your dreams.
