Is there a poll option for "it's complicated"? Ha! And does a "wannabe" homestead count? We are quasi-permaculturing a quarter-acre plot that technically belongs to someone else (they're letting us stay and experiment with different gardening practices that can be re-lawned later as long as we keep the property in good condition, cover insurance and taxes, and manage the rental of the basement), but we'll be buying it [paying over years] next year.

I've only watched a few, but my fave is Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham (K3G). It's got 3 generations of super stars, and the songs are sooo catchy! It's a dramedy. The drama is dialed way up, so be ready for that. The film doesn't take itself seriously half the time, which I find charming in this case. It's well done.

Another one that I really enjoyed is My Name Is Khan. It shares 2 of the stars from K3G. The tone is much more serious - especially in the second half. Somber and hopeful. Part Forrest Gump, part 9/11.

I foraged dandelion leaves and added them to a salad. Since only my 1/2 cup measure was clean, I used it twice for measuring the greens. The salad also included lettuce, croutons, and a creamy vinaigrette.

I would like to request my PEA badge for Natural Medicine. Since the requirements match those of the PEP badge, I also applied for that badge on its respective page.

Thanks, Ash and Timothy! Creating a new workspace/board first did the trick. I was able to copy it.

Is it just the PDF that's free for Permies Daily-ish email subscribers today? I'm trying to copy the Trello version, but it says it's "View Only", and the "create" button under "Copy Board" is greyed out.

Oops, I see there is a troubleshooting forum for Trello users of the PEP Badge Tracker. I'll repost there.

Thanks for your time volunteering to review submissions!

I would like to respectfully make a case for the recipe I used. I wasn't going rogue or cutting corners. I followed a recipe from Herbal Roots Zine by Kristine Brown, Registered Herbalist with the American Herbalists Guild. She studied with Rosemary Gladstar and has done a lot of research in herbalism (she's not some random lady with a blog). Her recipe calls for topping off with water when using dried yarrow, which I did. I used distilled water to prevent contamination.

I infused yarrow and calendula in olive oil, then melted in beeswax with a few drops of lavender and sweet orange oils.
