HALP! My PEP Badge Tracker Trello Support

Ok, so I offered the PEP Badge Tracker as a dailyish freebie.

Unintended consequence: I now no longer know exactly who has which version of the tracker. I used that knowledge to contact folks when there was an update to a Sand Badge.

If anyone needs help, and got the tracker through the dailyish freebie, be sure to post here so that I know you exist!

Yes! how do I go about copying it to make one of my own? I get to the public page and can view your progress.

The Trackers are now up to date with the current version of PEP/SKIP for Sand Badges.

If you previously purchased, I have a 'badge upgrade pack' for you. With the tracker being made a freebie, I'm no longer able to track who all has it.

PM me for details, and I'll help you out.

So I’m having problems copying the board like you’re instructions say in the first pic. When I click on your “Go to the "My PEP Badge Tracker" Template Board” link it takes me to the app and shows (second picture) this information. I have clicked on every menu/link option within that page and there is no copy option. I purchased this for 2 of my sons to track their BB’s also, one of them got a “copy board” option screen the other one has the same options as I do.

Ok Kathleen, let's see if this does the trick for you.

When you enter the Template board (select it in the list you see), do you see a "..." button on the upper right?

When I click that, I then see the board settings, which has a "copy" button in the upper portion of the screen (the icon reads to me like two pieces of paper stacked and splayed).

I've taken screenshots with the key buttons circled.

It looks like you're on mobile. Is it apple? I'm on android, so my pics will look different, but hopefully things are similar enough we can get through this.


Does this get you to a screen that's prompting you to copy the Template board to your own Trello? Let me know if not

Hey Kathleen, I see in trello where you were able to make a copy of the board. You'll want to move yours into your trello workspace.

They don't make it super easy, but let me know if you'd like help with that. Not doing so will mean that anyone who's bought the PEP badge tracker will have access to your personal board you've made.

According to the most recent dailyish email, I received “my pep badge tracker” as a free gift. I am delighted! However, I do not know how to claim it. When I click the link it takes me to the descriptive forum page on permies where I am prompted to buy it for $88. Can anyone help me claim my free gift?

What happens when you scroll past the prompt to buy it?  Is there a "click here to download" option (sort of purple/blue coloured)?
