Dave Burton recently started the hiding of geocaches for Basecamp. Dave Burton updated the hand-drawn map that he made of Basecamp to include the geocache that he hid.

This is the first geocache that I hid. I stuffed the geocache with a scarf that I got from the Free Shelf and the beanie hat that I most recently made. These are pictures before and after I stuffed the geocache.



These are pictures of me hiding the geocache beneath the three log bench above the Caldera of the Volcano at the Basecamp of Wheaton Labs.

Geocaches are supposed to be hidden above ground! So, here’s its updated hiding spot!
