Add a panel to pants or a skirt - PEP BB textiles.straw.repair.addpants

This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEP curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the Straw Badge in Textiles.

For this BB, you will add a panel trousers or a skirt to make it bigger.

To complete this BB, the minimum requirements are:
- to resize skirt or trousers with a sewn-in panel

To document your completion of the BB, provide proof of the following as pictures or a video (less than two minutes):
- your skirt or pants before adding the panel
- the tools and materials you will use for the repair
- adding the panel to the garment (in progress)
- your item of clothing with the finished panel on a body
