This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEP curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the straw badge in textiles.

Have you ever loved a dress or shirt that fits everywhere except the chest? Or the hips?
For this BB you will add a panel to a garment that might already fit in one area but is too small in another.

To complete this BB, the minimum requirements are:
 - to resize a garment with a sewn-in panel

To show you've completed this Badge Bit, provide proof of the following as pics or video (less than two minutes):
 - your item of clothing before adding the panel
 - show the tools and materials you will use for the repair
 - adding the panel to the garment (in progress)
 - your item of clothing with the finished panel on a body
