When you take over an older property, there are often many deferred maintenance issues.  Let's replace that door that's been bugging you!

Minimum requirements:
  - Replace a door slab (the part that swings)
  - Removing, rebuilding, refinishing and reinstalling counts

Provide proof of the following as pictures or video (<2 min):
  - The old door slab
  - The new/rebuilt door slab ready to go in
         - Close up details if it was rebuilt/refinished
  - Old door removed
  - New door slab installed
