This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEM curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the wood badge in Dimensional Lumber Woodworking.

We've done some basic carpentry so far and now it's time to bump it up a notch.  Don't you wish your bedside reading lamp wasn't on the floor?  Let's build a bedside table!

Here's a gentleman showing us one way to do it:

Minimum requirements:
  - Make a bedside table
  - At least one drawer
  - Homemade natural finish

Provide proof of the following as pictures or video (<2 min):
  - The lumber you're going to use for this project
  - Midway through the construction process
  - Applying the natural finish
  - Completed bedside table

keep an eye out for scorpions and black widows. But the tiny ads are safe.
