They didn't have plastic hundreds of years ago but they did have materials that could hold their shape like plastic.  Let's make a powder horn from a cow horn!  

 
 

Here's one way to do it:


Minimum requirements:
  - Make a powder horn from cow horn
  - Smooth and polished
  - Including mounting attachment points and a strap
        - You don't need to make the strap
  - This bb can only use materials that existed 200 years ago

Provide proof of the following as pictures or video (<2 min):
  - The horn you're starting with
  - The powder horn midway through construction
  - The finished powder horn with strap attached
  - Show the small plug removed and some sort of powder pouring out of the powder horn
