They didn't have plastic hundreds of years ago but they did have materials that could hold their shape like plastic.  Let's make a drinking mug from a cow horn!  

 
 

Here's one way to do it:


Minimum requirements:
  - Make a drinking mug from cow horn
  - Smooth and polished
  - Including a handle from the same horn
  - Water tight (zero leaks)
  - This bb can only use materials that existed 200 years ago

Provide proof of the following as pictures or video (<2 min):
  - The horn you're starting with
  - The mug midway through construction
  - The finished mug
  - Show the mug filled with liquid and held above a surface that would clearly show if it leaks (paper bag, dry cement sidewalk, etc)
