This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEM curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the Straw badge in Traditional Skills.

People have used bows and arrows for millennia.  Let's try to make an arrow head!

Here's one way to do it:

Minimum requirements:
  - Make an arrowhead from stone
  - Flaked edges
  - Mounting notches
  - At least 1.5" long
  - Sharp enough to be dangerous
  - This bb can only use materials that existed 200 years ago

Provide proof of the following as pictures or video (<2 min):
  - The stone piece you're starting with
  - Your flint knapping tools
  - Midway through shaping the arrowhead
  - Demonstration of its sharpness
  - Finished arrow head
