Hi, my friend at work has a three year old who will not eat. We did provide mugwort/ chamomile bitters and it has been helping! The one exception to this rule of not eating seems to be flowers...and he is not very discriminate. So please help us with a lovely list of edible flowers!

Dandelion, red/white/purple clover, violets, rose of Sharon hibiscus. Prickly pear cactus, yucca

Nasturtium, Alyssum, Rose, Black Locust, Redbud.

Most flowers will not provide much in the way of calories, though ,so it's probably not a long-term solution to the issue?

Berry flowers (from blackberry, salmonberry, strawberry), bittercress flowers, broccoli flowers, kale flowers (my kids like the kale ones the best), hardy fushia flowers, daylily (NOT the other types of lily!), lilacs, rose.
