Mandy's post on cooking with plums was a real spoon builder for me (thank you soooo much Mandy...need all the inspiration I can get) and I wanted to repay by sharing the Kitchen Vignette series with folks who maybe haven't run across it yet. It was the caramel-like sauce that formed in the pan, wasn't it! This might be related to why we Franco-Americans have a tendency towards heart disease. Use butter from grass fed cows!!! That and all things in moderation. Your channel looked much healthier :)
One thing with Aubergine's videos that I always love is the music.
