My very first Bramley Seedling cooking apples are just coming in.  The very first EVER!  Now, What to do?
I know - I'll ask my friend, Mrs Crocombe!

I love suet crust.  I made a steak and kidney suet pudding in the solar oven the other day - worked a treat and better than heating up the caravan with 5 hours of steaming!
