It's the year of the kale, so I will preserve atleast some of it as chips. Online there's fancy destemmers. I found my funnel and gave it a try. Works perfectly. If you need a visual, here it is:
Great idea! I do something similar to de-stem herbs and foraged greens like lambs quarters for smaller plants -- I use a colander and just pull them through. :)
