I'm looking for ways to turn my sisters backyard into an edible landscape that does not need a lot of maintenance as she has arthritis and other problems that limit her activities.
Also are there any good books on edible landscaping that is geared for seniors?  Might be something that the senior services could put in their newsletter.

Rosalind Creasy's books, articles, and videos may be helpful.   https://www.gardeners.com/how-to/edible-landscaping/7986.html

Edible landscapes can be as simple or complex as one wants.
