Thanks Thomas the property is actually over near Addy and belongs to my friend. He has done amazing work on it but now would like to join me on my little piece of paradise in the Okanogan Highlands.

That is a nice place someone is gonna be happy. For someone who wants to buy improvements this is great. I bought raw land and it is taking awhile to get it going, this might be right for someone how wants to get a jump on things.

I already have 40 acres outside of Oroville that I am working to make my dream.

Oh BTW property is going fast in my area since The Alaska Bushpeople (realty show) moved to Palmer Mt.

What is the elevation, growing season? A few pictures inside the house would be nice. I am interested, but there is a lot of variability due to mountains in that area.
