I've checked the hearts of my pointy spring cabbage abs each of them has earwigs inside! What can I do?

Typically when I harvest things that are earwig prone, I soak them to get them clean. For me, this is mostly with artichokes, but I see no reason why not to try it with cabbage.

Soak them in water most of the earwigs will come out. I have the same issue with lettuce and I loath earwigs!

salt water soak, that way the slugs and snails get out as well.
