You can upload more than one image at a time on Permies!! My life is changed!

I'm just over here doing a giant happy dance!

I've always thought you had to add each attachment one at a time. Like this:

--> Click attachment tab
--> Click "upload file"
--> Select one picture and click "open"
--> Click "upload picture"
--> Select a different picture and click "open"
--> Click "upload picture"
--> Select another different picture and click "open"

....over and over until you've attached all the pictures you wanted attached.

BUT! It does not have to be that way!!!

Instead, you can

--> Click attachment tab
--> Click "upload file"
--> select as many pictures as you want (using SHIFT to select pictures in a row, or holding down CTRL while picking as many different pictures as you want) and then click "open"

All those pictures will automatically be added to the list of your attachments! I've been here on permies for over 6 years, and never knew this (hopefully I'm not the only one, and you're not all over there going "OF COURSE you can upload multiple pictures at once! I've been doing that for years!"). To think how many hours of my life I could have saved if I knew I could have done this! (Yes, I really do attach a LOT of pictures here on permies, and have literally spent hours attaching them )

So, now I'm sharing my glee and time-saving technique with YOU!

What a well kept secret

I've been doing one at a time also...following instructions.

The way you've explained Nicole is how we add photos on facebook but I never thought about trying it on a post here.

Now to get the spots out of my camera!
