Hello,
i have a plant growing in my garden right now and i don't know what it is.
We have been to a botanical garden last year and we collected some different magnolia seeds.
I then planted them and nothing grew so i may have reused the earth to plant my melons.
I have no experience or knowledge of magnolias.
This plant is growing next to one of my melons and i have no clue what it is.
It certainly doesn't look like any of the weeds usually growing in my place.

It looks like relatively young poke sallet to me.  Mine is quite tall and has berries now.

yup what Judith said. magnolias have shiny waxy like leaves and don't live in regions that are too cold or too hot

yepx2. at that size they’re pretty easy to pull up root and all if you don’t want it there.

Yes, pokeberry, also pokeweed. The entire plant is considered poisonous, including the berries.
