Anyone out there have any experience drinking or making traditional "dandelion and burdoch"?

I'm pretty sure that what I call 'black treacle' is what you would call 'molasses'. If it's not exactly the same, it's certainly very similar.

And no, I've never had traditional d&b, only the cheap, nasty stuff. But I still used to love it!
